beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
The pool area was gorgeous, providing ample seating beneath the shade for ultimate relaxation. The breakfast spread was diverse, catering perfectly to both Eastern and Western tastes. Plus, the friendly and accommodating staff, especially during the festive season with little surprises.
do recommend 😊❤️

Gorgeous hotel, only a five minutes walk from restaurants and stores, nice pool and breakfast.

The resort's contemporary Japanese design was refreshing, and the vibrant pool area provided a perfect retreat from the tropical heat.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy, which affected our sleep quality .

The staff was very friendly and welcoming to us. We liked the boutique style of the hotel and it was only a short walk to Ao Nang Shopping street. We experienced a tsunami warning which was handled by the staff with great professionality. They evacuated in a very short time all guest to a safe place in a partner hotel high up the hills. Fortunately at the end there was no tsunami in Thailand and next day everything went back to normal.

Small hotel in a good area next to the sea front, the main shops / restaurants and both beaches and local shops and restaurants. Large, huge room, plentiful breakfast. Great amenities like a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and television. Overall very relaxing stay for 3 nights.

The location shines, just a 5-10 minute stroll to the beach with 7-11 and Family Mart nearby. Pool area stands out, clean with ample seating for relaxation. Room size impresses, with a spacious balcony suitable for lounging. Daily breakfast buffet offers diverse options and the staff quickly restocks. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting, and many great photo spots around the hotel. Wi-Fi can be spotty, often disconnecting. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall vibe is friendly and enjoyable.

The staff was really friend and helpful. It's just around the corner from the shops and bars. Great location it was quite on a night. The pool is fantastic.
The only complete which we made whilst there was that our bathroom floor had not been cleaned the whole time we was there and was very dirty. But apart from that nothing else.

Had a fun 5-night stay! The kids loved the clean pool and the beach is just a quick 5-minute walk away. The staff were super accommodating, even letting us check in early. A few maintenance issues, but overall a great family vibe!

The cleaning of the room is not ok but if you miss anything you just call and its there in a minute.

The large porch area at the back of the room provided a pleasant space to relax. The pool area delivered a refreshing retreat with comfortable sunbeds available.
Rooms need serious work. They lack modern conveniences and suffer from poor lighting. Storage space is minimal-expect only about 25% capacity for clothing, frustrating for any traveler. Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent inside the rooms, forcing guests to stay in the hallway to connect. The gym facilities were subpar, with old equipment and a lack of basic supplies like cleaning wipes. The shower design was annoyingly unadjustable and failed to meet expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is not on a very attractive street but the location was great as it was a short stroll to the huslte and bustle but not too close! The pool area lovely, we didnt have dinner but breakfast was included and was lovely, excellent value. When we arrived our first room smelt strongly of damp and we were moved immediately to another room. This one also has a slight smell but was much better. I think the rooms have been under occupied during low season, combined with humidity probably caused this. The rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool via the balconies look great! For 200 thb I had constant wifi in my room for the 3 days that I stayed which was really convenient. The red ginger is not luxurious but it is a modern, attractive hotel, well priced, in a convenient location. We were able to take a very short walk from the hotel to the beach nearby, close enough to do with luggage, if u want to catch a long tail boat to railay which was our next destination.
Rooms have a damp smell

Smallish hotel in good location. Staff nice and friendly, breakfast very good. Room size and facilities good. Nice pool and pool bar.
Housekeeping could have been better, things tidy but lots of dust in the room and the inside of the toilet door had never seen a cloth. Told reception and it was given another superficial tidy, but not a clean.
